Can hypnosis really work online?

Yes.

Hypnosis does not require the practitioner and client to be sitting in the same room.

You remain awake, responsive and able to communicate throughout the session.

The work relies on focused attention, guided dialogue and your own internal experience, all of which can be facilitated remotely.

What do I need?

• a private space
• a stable internet connection
• a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom
• headphones if practical
• somewhere comfortable to sit or recline
• roughly 90 to 120 minutes without interruption

Who can work with ARCHĒA?

Sessions are available to adults internationally, subject to suitability, scheduling and any applicable requirements in your location.

What happens before the session?

You complete an intake process so Katie understands the pattern you want to work with.

The session itself then begins with a focused conversation about what is happening now, what tends to activate it and what you want to experience instead.

What happens afterward?

You receive a personalised hypnosis recording based on the work completed during your session.

You use that recording during the weeks following the appointment to continue reinforcing the new associations and beliefs explored in the session.
